Kairos (KRS) Whitepaper

A fixed-supply utility token that builds giving into every transfer.

1. Abstract

Kairos (KRS) is a fixed-supply ERC-20 utility token on the Polygon network, issued by Kairos Digital LLC, a company of 245 Enterprises LLC. Its defining feature is simple: a 4% fee is written into the token contract and applied to every transfer, with 2% routed to a publicly disclosed Mission Wallet that funds humanitarian and mission-driven work. The fee cannot be switched off, there is no function to mint new tokens, and every wallet that receives fees is published.

KRS exists to make generosity automatic. Instead of asking people to remember to give, it builds giving into ordinary use. Every transaction serves the mission.

2. The problem

Mission work runs on generosity, and generosity is fragile.

  • Giving rises and falls with the economy and the calendar. Ministries and humanitarian programs plan for years, but the money arrives in surges around holidays, appeals and good months, then dries up.
  • Donors rarely see where their money goes. Most givers hand a check to an organization and hope. Reporting, when it exists, comes months later and in summary form.
  • Overhead and trust erode each other. When people can't verify outcomes, they give less, which makes programs leaner and harder to prove, which makes people give less again.

The people who want to help are not the problem. The system asks them to make a fresh decision every time, with little proof that the last decision mattered.

3. The Kairos model

Kairos is the Greek word for the right, decisive moment. The model is built on the idea that the right moment to give is every moment value moves.

KRS puts the commitment into code:

  1. Giving is built in, not added on. Every KRS transfer carries a 4% fee, applied by the contract itself. No one has to opt in, remember, or approve it.
  2. The rules can't be changed quietly. The fee is hardcoded and non-bypassable. There is no administrative override, and no function exists to create more tokens.
  3. Everything is visible. The token contract and every fee-receiving wallet are published, so anyone can check balances and movements on Polygonscan at any time.
  4. Outcomes get reported. Kairos Digital will publish quarterly reports matching on-chain Mission Wallet distributions to documented humanitarian outcomes.

The result is a funding stream that grows with use rather than with appeals, and that donors and holders can verify for themselves.

5. Mission fee mechanics

On every KRS transfer, the contract withholds 4% of the amount sent and splits it three ways before the remainder reaches the recipient.

ShareDestinationPurpose
2%Mission WalletGlobal humanitarian and mission-driven work through the Every Nation Project
1%Staking WalletFunds the staking program once it launches (see section 8)
1%Treasury WalletOperations, legal, compliance and infrastructure

Example: a holder sends 1,000 KRS. The recipient receives 960 KRS. 20 KRS goes to the Mission Wallet, 10 KRS to the Staking Wallet and 10 KRS to the Treasury.

Because the split happens inside the contract, it applies to every wallet and every platform, and it can't be bypassed or paused.

6. Token allocation

All 100,000,000 KRS were created at deployment. They are allocated as follows:

7. Founding member presale

The founding member presale is the first way to obtain KRS. Every tier uses the same price, $0.10 per KRS. Tiers differ only in quantity and in the community access that comes with it.

TierContributionKRS received
Community$10100 KRS
Pathfinder$40400 KRS
Pioneer$2002,000 KRS
Trailblazer$1,00010,000 KRS
Legacy$4,000+40,000+ KRS

How it works. Participants reserve a tier on krstoken.com. The Kairos team confirms the reservation, collects payment, and delivers KRS to the participant's Polygon wallet. Up to 32,000,000 KRS (the presale allocation) are available. Presale proceeds go to Kairos Digital LLC.

What comes after. A decentralized exchange listing in the Polygon ecosystem is planned after the presale closes. No public liquidity pool exists today, and there is no guarantee KRS will be listed or tradable.

8. Utility

KRS is designed to be used, not held for speculation. Its utility grows in stages, and this paper is clear about what exists now versus what is planned.

Available at launch:

  • Hold and transfer KRS on Polygon, with every transfer funding the mission automatically
  • Founding member recognition and access to Kairos community updates
  • Public, verifiable proof of where fees go

Planned:

  • Staking. Holders who stake KRS will share in the Staking Wallet, which is funded by the 1% fee on real transfers rather than by creating new tokens. The staking contract is planned for after the presale.
  • Mission governance. Holders will vote on where Mission Wallet funds are directed: which nations, programs and initiatives. Voting weight scales with tier.
  • Ecosystem access. Priority and early access to programs, experiences and products across the 245 Enterprises ecosystem, beginning with Go Mode Life.
  • Merchant use. Pilots allowing KRS to be used for payment with mission-aligned businesses.

9. The ecosystem

KRS is the utility token of the 245 Enterprises ecosystem, a family of mission-aligned organizations under parent company 245 Enterprises LLC.

  • Every Nation Project. The flagship humanitarian initiative, mobilizing resources, volunteers and funding for global mission work. It is the primary beneficiary of the Mission Wallet.
  • Go Mode Life. Adventure and mission travel: trips with a purpose, where every story points back to the Every Nation Project.
  • Kairos Digital LLC. Issuer and steward of the KRS token.

10. Transparency and governance

Kairos is built so that no one has to take the team's word for anything.

  • Public wallets. The token contract and all fee wallets are listed on the transparency page and can be checked on Polygonscan at any time.
  • No hidden controls. No minting function, no fee override, no administrative backdoor.
  • Open-source contract. The smart contract will be published on GitHub before any public sale.
  • Independent audit. A third-party security audit will be commissioned and its results published.
  • Legal opinion. A legal opinion letter confirming KRS's utility-token status will be obtained before any public sale.
  • Quarterly reporting. Kairos Digital will publish quarterly reports matching on-chain Mission Wallet distributions to documented humanitarian outcomes.
  • Community governance. Holder voting on mission funding is planned, with a gradual move toward fuller community governance as the ecosystem matures.

11. Roadmap

The roadmap is organized by phase rather than date. Each phase begins when the one before it is substantially complete. The full roadmap is on the roadmap page.

12. Risks and legal notice

KRS is a utility token. It is not designed to function as a security, investment contract or financial instrument. Participation does not represent an investment in a common enterprise, ownership in any company, or a right to profits or dividends. Nothing in this document is financial, legal or tax advice.

Risks participants should understand:

  • Value. KRS may have little or no market value, and its value may fall to zero.
  • Liquidity. No exchange listing exists today, and one may never happen. Participants may be unable to sell or transfer KRS for value.
  • Regulation. Laws on digital assets are changing and vary by jurisdiction. Future rules could limit how KRS is offered, used or held. Participants are responsible for complying with their local laws.
  • Technology. Smart contracts, wallets and blockchains can fail or be attacked. Lost private keys cannot be recovered.
  • Execution. Planned features, including staking, governance and ecosystem products, may be delayed, changed or never delivered.
  • Fees. The 4% transfer fee applies to every transfer and cannot be avoided.

This whitepaper describes the project's current intentions and may be updated. The most current version will be posted at krstoken.com.
